1. Free Services

The "Free Automation Audit" is 100% free. No credit card information is collected on this website, and you will not be charged.

2. Paid Consulting Agreements

Any paid services are governed by a separate, signed consulting or service agreement between you and YA MEDIA LTD (trading as Meridiandev). The terms of that agreement will dictate payment milestones, subscription renewals, and cancellation notices.

3. General Policy

Fees for custom setup, development hours, or completed deliverables are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in your signed contract. For ongoing services, cancellations must be requested in writing at contact@meridiandev.us.
